Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Shipping is calculated at checkout. All prices are generated by our postal service based upon the size and weight of the product purchased. We use DHL Classic Air Service.  

We aim to dispatch within 1 - 4 working days from your purchase. 
Please allow 5 - 14 working days for delivery for orders within the EU.
International shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks. 

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit or any delays outside of our control. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items are to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

IMPORTANT - CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES - Charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel, we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.
